Is my JSON uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser opens the file directly on your device. The site only loads its own scripts, styles and fonts; the contents, name and bytes of your file are never sent to a server.
What happens with invalid JSON?
The file opens as text so you can still read it, and the file info marks it as invalid JSON. The tree needs valid JSON.
Why did my large file open as text?
The tree is available for up to 50,000 values; larger files open in text mode so the page stays responsive.
How large can the file be?
Up to 10 MB.
